Physics and engineering Precise conversion Signals are displayed as physical or engineering values (i.e. pure quantity). The physical quantity corresponds linearly to the engineering quantity. For example, the current signal of 4-20mA corresponds to 0-100, i.e. 4mA corresponds to 0, 12mA corresponds to 50 and 20mA corresponds to 100. This range can be changed via parameters.
Real time curve The variable trend of the input and output signals can be displayed by drawing a curve and the sampling time of the curve can be set. The analog current-voltage simulator can also automatically adjust the display curve within the range of the maximum and minimum values within a certain period of time.
Signal conversion and output FNIRSI SG-004A signal generator can convert input signals into an output signal, which can be converted between different physical quantities; for example, the input frequency signal is converted into a current signal, and the input range is 0-1000Hz in 4-20mA.
Preset value and programming output FNIRSI SG-004A supports 4 groups of commonly used signal values which can be preset to facilitate quick output adjustment. It has the output function of automatically and continuously changing the size according to the parameters you set, and can choose three modes: monotonic rise, monotonic fall and cycle.
Built-in battery With a 3000mA large-capacity lithium battery, its standby time can reach up to 24 hours, which gives you a long working time.
Modbus slaves FNIRSI SG-004A can communicate with configuration software or PLC via RS485 and set the instrument.
History logging and firmware upgrade It supports recording and viewing a certain amount of historical data, and supports USB emulated U disk for firmware upgrades.
