Self air-assisted, the SCULPFUN S30 Ultra 33W laser engraver sports a giant engraving size of 600*600m. Pairing an upgraded linear guide with a 33W laser module, the S30 Ultra allows you to cut 20mm balsa wood and 15mm plywood separately in one pass.
Large 600x600mm engraving area With a large engraving area of 600×600mm, SCULPFUN S30 Ultra allows you to create large-scale engraving or cutting work of your imagination. With an extremely long service life, there is no need to upgrade the structure for future use.
Enhanced 33W laser power S30 Ultra series laser applies 6 x 6W diodes to provide 33W laser power. The cutting ability is thus greatly improved. It cuts 20mm balsa wood and 15mm plywood separately in one pass and is suitable for those who pursue maximum speed.
Improved 42-bit stepper motor It adopts an upgraded 42-bit stepper motor which provides enough power to make the car move at high speed. The torque reaches 4.2 Kg·cm (ordinary machines are 3.1 Kg·cm). In future upgrades, even if the laser or load becomes heavier, there is no need to replace the motor.
Integrated high pressure air assist nozzle The S30 Ultra series is equipped with an advanced high-pressure air-assisted metal nozzle, which can generate high-pressure airflow under the air pump, greatly improving the cutting efficiency, and the cutting speed is more than 5 times faster than without air assistance. The powerful airflow blows the debris away, making the cutting surface very clean.
Replaceable protective lens The S30 Ultra series laser engraver uses an innovative replaceable lens, which greatly improves the life of the laser and is more than 10 times longer than other general purpose lasers.
